Jeanne Alter is a main antagonist from Fate Grand Order. Materialized as a vengeful version of Jeanne, she appeared in the Orleans singularity and using the Holy Grail within it, she summoned a group of other servants who were corrupted and serve her including the dragon Fafnir in order to destroy France. In truth, caster Gilles had summoned her which seeking the revival of Jeanne and his hatred for France led to her manifestation.
Jeanne Alter exhibits a striking resemblance to her original counterpart, albeit with distinctive features. These include a notably pale complexion, yellow eyes, short-cut white-blond hair, and a darker color palette for her armor, flag, and cape.
Given her role as "Dragon Witch" she can command dragon-like monsters within the singularity. Her Noble Phantasm is La Grondement Du Haine, with it she conjures hellish fire around her and putting her fury in her blade, she forces spears to impale her opponent from beneath their feet in a fashion like burning at a stake.

Jeanne Alter is characterized by a ruthlessly cruel and stern disposition. While she may retain remnants of her saintly nature, she serves as an embodiment of retribution towards humanity. She perpetually harbors distrust toward her comrades and her environment, and maintains a belief in God that lacks genuine faith. She takes pleasure in denying God's existence to believers, considering it a source of entertainment, and vehemently disapproves the concept of "having faith", viewing it as malevolent. Her disposition leans towards waging war alongside her companions against God, deriving pleasure from the act of slaughter to further her "cause." Her being exhibits a penchant for unfettered destruction, even extending to the annihilation of humanity, as her life's purpose revolves around relentless killing until her strength is depleted.

One of many singularities outside of human history had appeared, one of which was Orleans, an altered version reminiscent of France where Jeanne Alter resides with the intent to crush it with her army of rogue servants summoned through the Holy Grail. However she was aware it was caster Gilles who summoned her and gladly supported her ruthless nature as a vengeful version of Jeanne herself however manifested as a Ruler-class servant instead of Avenger later on
The lands itself were claimed by the unholy beasts and dragons as part of the singularity yet she had control of the dragons especially for the title of the "Dragon Witch". Even clad in her dark Renaissance style armor and fur trimmed shoulder cloak with some tattered cloth with reddish highlights to it. Her armored covered mostly sections like the midsection, chest, arms and legs from the knees down, the rest was cloth. Her complexion was pale with her short white-blonde hair and yellow eyes. She twiddled some armored fingers of one hand on the sheath of her saber while the other carried the long flag as she stood atop a castle stronghold her and her small army controlled. She sensed a portal opening behind her likely from Gilles using the Grail to summon hopefully another subordinate servant or someone to aide her. She spoke out regardless in a arrogant and stern tone, easily hiding any sign of her tsundere nature
