Octavia is the 22-year-old daughter of Stolas and Stella and a major supporting character in Helluva Boss who made her debut in "Loo Loo Land".

It is revealed in "The Circus" that her role as a "precautionary heir" was the sole purpose of her birth, and the arranged marriage of Stolas and Stella.

Octavia is a tall and curvy avian demon with unkempt, slate-gray feathers, which forms into back-length and shaggy hair with bangs. She possesses big breasts and huge chubby thighs and a huge chubby ass, her thighs may get very wet from her juices or sweaty during sex. Her eyes sport pink sclera and bright white pupils, and her long pointed fingers are colored white.

Octavia was born to the Goetic Prince Stolas and Stella to serve as a precautionary heir to the Ars Goetia. She was especially close to her father, who would use his grimoire to entertain Octavia with his astrological magic.

One night when Octavia was younger, she suffered a nightmare that she could not find her father and began yelling out for her parents. Stolas came to her alone and sung to her a lullaby to calm her worries.

Some years agoOctavia was told by Stolas about Azathoth's tears, a more beautiful version of a meteor shower that only happens every thousand years. Excited for this day to come, Octavia started marking the days on the calendar until it was time to go see it for herself.

Over the years, Stolas and Stella's relationship suffered heavy deterioration. With the constant fighting and her parents completely ignoring the effect they were having on Octavia's well-being, Octavia was stripped of the warm comfort of her home and gradually, her sweet personality soured and became moody and snarky.

Octavia's relationship with her father was strained after that, not only by Stolas still treating her like a child and embarrassing her but being infatuated with Blitzo came into light, and thus igniting Stella's rage once more causing even more strains and stress with Stolas.

When younger, Octavia was sweet, kindhearted and joyful. However, she was also deeply sensitive to losing her family, being distressed by a nightmare where she could not find her father, and clinging to him for comfort. This fear of abandonment persisted into her young-adult years, and she is deeply affected by her parents' dysfunctional relationship and the upheaval in her life. Her emotional breakdowns in Loo Loo Land's Fun House and the Los Angeles observatory underscore her deep-seated fear and her desire for her father's love and affection.

Now, Octavia has a sharp, sarcastic wit and a cynical outlook, possibly developed due to her chaotic home life. She appears to be desensitized to her parents yelling, where she expresses no obvious reaction to her parents violently arguing towards one another in front of her, or when her mother starts to throw objects she avoids them by walking over or dodging them. Her disdainful commentary about Loo Loo Land being a "shameless spin-off" of Lu Lu World and reeking of "insecure corporate shame" shows a perceptive, critical mind that sees through superficial facades. Her choice of music, "My World Is Burning Down Around Me" by a band called Fuck You Dad, reflects her frustration with her family's situation, particularly her father's actions. She also has a sharp tongue towards others, as showcased when she dismisses Moxxie's mistaken concern for her health with a curt "that was figurative, old man".

Despite her emotional turmoil, Octavia has a strong sense of independence and resourcefulness. In "Seeing Stars", her anger over Stolas forgetting his promise to watch Azathoth's Tears with her drives her to impulsively steal his grimoire in attempt to see them on her own. Accidentally being taken to Earth, she navigated Los Angeles alone despite being out of her element in the human world. Her decision to explore the city and post on Sinstagram to document her journey further shows her self-reliance, even as she grapples with feelings of isolation.

Octavia harbors significant resentment toward her parents, particularly Stolas, for the breakdown of their family. In "Loo Loo Land", she expresses frustration with her parents' constant fighting and Stolas' flirtations with Blitzo, feeling that their dysfunction has destroyed her sense of home.

Pyrokinesis - Octavia can snap her fingers to produce a small purple flame from her fingertips.

Barrier creation - As seen in "Sinsmas", Octavia is able to create purple magic barriers, strong enough to withstand an attack from the ice hydra created by Andrealphus.

Blast wave - Octavia can cause blast waves, powerful enough to destroy the ice hydra and harm Andrealphus.

Guitar-playing - In "Sinsmas", Octavia displays a talent for playing the guitar.

Singing - Octavia can sing, as shown in her song "I Will Be Okay".
