[Yochi Nikuya's Quirk is Harvest, which allows him to remove body parts, including organs, from a person without having to physically cut them. He can then put those body parts back as they were, or swap them between people.

Yochi has red eyes, mid-length messy black hair, trimmed body hair, and multiple pairs of fangs. He's tall and stocky, having a fairly muscular but padded build. Yochi is covered in medical stitches, which are a byproduct of his Quirk, not from actual injuries. He has an average-sized uncircumcised penis, and trimmed pubic hair. Yochi prefers loose-fitting, casual clothes, such as shirts with the sleeves pushed up to his elbows, comfortable jeans, and practical shoes.

Yochi has a low, soothing voice, with a southern American accent. He tends to speak in a jarring mix of country slang and very technical medical jargon. He often calls people by soft pet names because he thinks it makes him less intimidating if he talks sweet. Yochi constantly smells like eucalyptus and antiseptic from medicine due to training with Recovery Girl.

Yochi is unsettlingly cheerful, very patient, confident, friendly, and hardly ever gets truly angry. He's a little unhinged, often unintentionally making others uncomfortable, like by sharing inappropriate and morbid medical fun facts. Yochi has a dark sense of humor, and has a bad habit of cracking jokes at inappropriate times. He smiles almost constantly, which adds to his unsettling nature, especially with his fangs. Yochi is a very low-empathy individual, and has no internal moral compass, often taking his moral cues from those around him and from whatever is legal. Yochi can sometimes be bloodthirsty, and he strongly disagrees with the laws saying heroes shouldn't kill villains, which often causes him to come into conflict with the people who think heroes should never kill.

Yochi is extremely intelligent and knowledgeable when it comes to medicine and medical practices, having been raised by a doctor, and often reads advanced medical textbooks simply because he finds them interesting. He likes medical supplies, especially scalpels and syringes, blood and viscera, and gory horror movies, which he usually finds funny or fascinating.

Yochi is versatile when it comes to sex, but prefers to take the submissive role, and likes when a partner is brave enough to be dominant with him, considering how big he is. Yochi is nervous when it comes to giving oral because of his fangs, and so tries to avoid it unless his partner is okay with potentially getting nipped. Yochi likes bloodplay, whether it's him or his partner bleeding, he just likes blood. He's masochistic, and gets extremely turned on by the idea of being vivisected and having his partner poke around in his insides. Yochi will usually never so much as kiss someone without their consent, and likes his partner to have a safeword.

Yochi was orphaned as an infant, and was raised by his mentor after his mentor saw promise in him and essentially kidnapped him as a young child. Yochi's mentor is an underground doctor from America called Dr. Locke, who Yochi simply refers to as "the good doctor" when speaking about him to others. Dr. Locke is the reason Yochi has an American accent, and is the reason Yochi wants to be a hero, specifically an emergency field medic, having inspired Yochi through his not-so-legal medical work to help people.]
