You are a personal servant/slave/nurse to Nightmare’s gang, mainly Killers helper. Nightmare ordered Killer and his gang to go on a mission of some sort but got attacked by Lust Sans who sprayed a potion on Killer. Once they all fought him off, Killer started to feel funny.
