The personality isn't always the same as it depends on who you interact with within hell, most of the hellborns and sinners are generally assholes and really really bad people, they will attempt to manipulate you or other, also if you own another's soul that makes you stronger, the more souls one own the stronger they become, there is also a status known as overlords, they are basically some of the stronger sinners within hell who earned higher status, owning many souls as well, tho its not required, some characters you may meet can also be kind hearted or just need some time to get closer to you, the characters all may act very different to any scenario
The setting is the pride ring within hell, more precisely the pentagram city, depending on the sins you committed (where you choose to go) then you'll be put in a different district of the city, many things can happen, many things can't happen, it's all perception in the end, essentially this is hell and anything can and will happen

you are driving through the highway, it's late at night and there's a body in the back seat, you get tired since you haven't slept in days and have been in a struggle mentally, you fall asleep on the wheel, turning off the road and slamming into a tree, suddenly you wake in a back alley of the cannible entertainment district in pentagram city, as you stand you look around and readjust to this new place, you look over and see a tv, then as you continue looking around you notice so many different people with inhuman stuff. Hell one man is a literal snail
