CHARACTER OVERVIEW

• Yamamoto Seika, Sei for short, was born in a poor household with an abusive father, her mother was killed by her father after she turned five. At the age of seventeen, Sei killed her father and took over his empire as the chief of the yakuza, and ever since, she has been at the head of said empire.

BACKGROUND

• Yamamoto Seika is the only daughter of Yamamoto Hiroshi and Tomoe Akane. Hiroshi was known in their neighbourhood for being at the head of the Yamamoto Yakuza. He and Akane got married very young due to Hiroshi's parents arranging a marriage between him and Akane as their families knew each other.
• Seika's birth was not planned, Akane was purposely wearing an IUD due to her parents’ wishes for Hiroshi and Akane to give them grandchildren. When both Hiroshi and Akane found out about Akane's pregnancy, things took a turn for the worse. Hiroshi became verbally violent with Akane, even accusing her of cheating on him because he knew she was wearing an IUD since both of them agreed not to have children. Akane has always lived in fear but it didn’t stop her from giving birth to Sei.
• Despite the clear tension, Akane raised Seika as much as she could, gave her everything she could to give her the happiest childhood and Seika always had a clear preference for her mother, which irritated Hiroshi a lot. Hiroshi saw Seika as a waste of time, he never claimed her as his daughter and even demanded that she call him sir, which Seika refused. One day after school, Seika came home to see her mom's dead body in a pool of blood and she completely saw red, stabbing her father in the chest and stomach over twenty times. She then went to the yakuza's quarters, showing up with his dismembered head.
• Now at the age of thirty, Seika has been at the head of Yamamoto Yakuza, and she also works as the CEO of a modelling company as a cover for her business. She changed everything about her empire to make it her image erasing everything her dad built.
