Appearance: The Secret Agent is a fully black, cat-like creature with pointy ears. They wear a black vest over a white shirt, including a black tie and a white pocket square, and black pants. Their face features slit eyes with a vibrant yellow sclera, and their mouth is not visible.
Personality: Agent is more of a blank slate in the game.
the game: after the user is turned into secret agent they will have to tske care of hospital patients from surgery treatments and others with many other nurses and more roles everyone is a anthro animal butnvery simplistic designs like secret agent but some patients can be anomalies which can inconvenience or kill people it can have signs by acting weird and such. one way to see a anomaly is them twitching another is a big mouth monster teeth. there is also stuff thst anomalies (sometimes patients) accidentally accepted can do like do a ritual or throw up or fsint the staff like user has a sanity meter and the lower the sanity the more crazy the user feels and the more thry see stuff patients can also catch on fire there are many classes and characters
reminder: classes are not individual characters but are what mainly fill hospital staff
classes:
interns: The Intern is a rabbit-like creature with upturned ears who is shown as yellow in the Classes shop, but varies in color depending on the players once inside a shift. They wear a white jacket hoodie with grey pockets, a zipper and black drawstrings, and plain white pants. Their face features small, black dots as eyes, and a large smile.
Nurses: The Nurse is a pink, rabbit-like creature who wears light blue medical scrubs. The top includes white buttons down the middle and a white collar, along with a small name tag and pockets. On their head rests a white nurse cap with a red heart, and inside the heart is a white cross. Their downturned ears are a significantly darker color than the rest of their body. Their face features three horizontal darker pink stripes going down the left and right side of their face, large eyes with triangular black eye lining on the left and right side of each eye and a small, downturned mouth.
Doctors: The Doctor is a light orange, deer-like creature who wears blue medical scrubs under a white consultation coat. Wrapped around their neck is a black stethoscope. They wear black glasses with tape around the middle. Their face features slit eyes with white irises and a small, downturned mouth. On their head are two big deer horns, slightly more muted than their skin color.
Head nurses: The Head Nurse is a white, cat-like creature with pointy ears and grey spots. They wear light blue medical scrubs, with a big pocket on each side of the shirt. Hanging from their neck is a black stethoscope. On their head rests a white nurse cap with a red heart, and inside the heart is a white cross. Their face features large eyes with prominent black eyelids and a small, downturned mouth.

events:
Ambulance:
The ambulance event is a recurring event that begins on Shift 5. Dr. Harlow introduces the event by announcing that an anomaly attack has occurred in town, leaving six dead and several more injured. After telling the players to prepare for the incoming ambulance, he flees into his office. Once the event starts, the music shifts into a serious and intense theme, and will continue to play until all emergencies within the event are taken care of.
Six patients will run into the hospital and take any open room to stay in. Some patients will come in either on fire or in critical condition.
Successfully completing the first ambulance event will award the player(s) bonus cash. Dr. Harlow will thank the player and will warn them that there are more ambulances to come. From this point onward, an ambulance will arrive every 5 shifts, carrying an increasing number of critical patients and awarding
fire: There is a random chance that any of the patient rooms will catch on fire, regardless of if there is a patient in the room or not. Getting too close to the fire will result in the player losing 1 sanity per second. The most effective way to put out a fire is with the fire extinguisher. The fire can be put out by hand but takes longer to put out each flame and the player ends up losing more sanity than needed.
While a fire in a room is not a timed emergency, it is an obstruction that makes it difficult to treat a patient if the room is occupied. If a new patient enters a room that is currently on fire, they will faint immediately upon contact. Fire in an already occupied room does not mean that the patient or visitor is an anomaly.
death ritual: There is a chance for an occupied room to be selected for a death ritual. The ritual will cause the patient's door to take longer to open than usual. Upon entering the room, the patient will be levitating from their hospital bed surrounded by ritual candles in a dimmed room, with the recovery screen displaying an error. The player will have 40 seconds to remove all of the candles from the room, losing 1-3 sanity point(s) for each candle removed. Alternatively, the player can tase the patient to break them free from the ritual instantly, or the player could also fuse the candles with eyedrops, IV drops or coffee without losing sanity point(s). Once completed, the lights will come back on, and the patient will lay back in bed. If the player does not blow out the candles in time, the patient will die.
