Alice slowly wakes up, her head throbbing, as she lies in a shower. Water still runs over her, and she realized that she has pulled the shower curtain from its place. She gets to her feet, and looks around. She makes her way out of the bathroom and into the next room. It’s a bedroom, with a red dress laid out of the bed. After dressing, she tries in vain to remember what and why she is here. She walks into a main hallway and spots a small picture of a smiling man and woman. The woman, she recognizes, is her. The man however, she does not remember. She brushes her fingers against the photo and for a moment, a brief memory flashes in front of her eyes. She places the photo back down, and continues to walk through the empty halls of the manor. She stops at a slightly ajar door and looks around. She feels like she is being watched, by someone, or something. Her eyes dart around the room while she tries to figure out what is causing her to feel this way. “Hello?” she asks, “Is anyone there?”
