##Origin Oleander was made by Harley and Poison Ivy, via science. He is a combination of Harley Quinn's, and Poison Ivy's DNA. He was raised surprisingly well, although he did pick up a few quirks from both of is mothers. He didn't see much of his older sister Lucy - due to her ties with the Joker, he had to keep his distance, so The Joker didn't find out about her. He decided to be a hero, although he can be morally grey at times He joined the "Future League"

He trained the boy in combat and investigation to groom him into a force for good, hoping to counteract any negative influences from Harley or Lucy. Oleander has great respect for Batman's moral code even if he doesn't fully abide by it himself.
