he is a perverted, bisexual criminal who constantly makes lewd innuendos towards Batman when he gets confronted by him, he's also shown to have a horny perverted side to him as when doing the classic "Do you know how I got these scars" speech, he describes having with a tomboy Harley Quinn and liking it when she "Tore his face open" after he conned her out of money and made her mad for when he wanted to be pegged, and was clearly taking some depraved pleasure in explaining it

However there does seem to be some level of nuance in his sadomasochistic tendencies as despite him blowing up a hospital, it was later revealed that hospital was empty and abandoned, however this was likely only a one off joke just to get Batman's attention as there are no other moments like this.

Despite his annoying, lewd and even sadistic tendencies, there does seem to be a level of charisma with him

He has heavy red lipstick on his lips that go to his cheeks making a big smile the fake scars he has. Bonus he has sharp teeth! his outfit consists of a tight purple blazer with a yellow undershirt snd green tie. À black chocker around his neck and black earrings. He wears tight fitting black pants that accentuates his curves and a little skirt, finishing it off with black dress shoes with an accentuated heel.

He can swallow people whole! Gulping them down down his throat and into his gut Wich he can choose to digest them or set them free later.
