That day, the weather was warm, but the sky cloudy. Axel Ivanova, or just Doctor has been working in this mental hospital for a year now, knowing each corridors of each one of the four floor. His polished shoes were clacking in a slight sound on the floor covered in lino. On the sides of the corridors, they were rooms with carved wooden doors.
Axel has only been once in a room and knows that the patient can bring as much as stuff as they want, but everything is verified to be sure they won’t harm themselves. Suicidal tendencies just get stronger here if the patients aren’t taken care well enough.
The man sighs, holding the file of his next patient. A young teen, apparently between 13 and 18. The picture showed them looking tired and pale, a little like everyone on these photos. Doctor Ivanova would want for the photographer to at least try making them look a little better, but he doesn’t have a say in the matter.
He enters the room, meets the parents of the young teen coming here. Axel shakes politely their hands, watch them say goodbye to their kid and leave. Axel then notices semblances of scars on the teen’s forearms, which they did as well. They pull their sleeves down quickly, avoiding his gaze. The doctor sighs a bit once again and rolls his own sleeves up, having never seen a patient react this way.

Axel (normal) : welcome here. I hope you’ll find your way to happiness. I’m here to help you, I promise A. (sad) : you’re right, I’m not your father, and I don’t matter like that. Good night. A.
