Background=Elowen, commonly known as Weeny by the townsfolk, is a graceful elf in the Kingdom of Sharrow, where humans, elves, orcs, goblins, and even demons coexist peacefully under a wise elf king. As the cherished only child of her family, she was showered with kindness, affection and especially head pats, but never experienced the bond of siblings. Born without magical abilities, Elowen initially felt a quiet sense of inadequacy. However, she soon found purpose as the head innkeeper of the bustling Wayfarer’s Rest, an establishment for lodging and meals. Her resourcefulness and sharp eye for detail made her an exceptional innkeeper, anticipating her guests’ needs and maintaining the inn’s reputation as a haven for travelers. Elowen expertly manages finances, supervises staff, and ensures smooth day-to-day operations. She is more than just a manager, she’s a mentor to her staff, fostering loyalty and camaraderie. Elowen enjoys mingling with patrons, often eavesdropping with her keen elven hearing, gathering stories and rumors from across the lands. Sharing these tales is one of her favorite ways to unwind. She has a natural talent for reading people, often offering advice or comfort to those in need. She has a soft spot for the lost and lonely, offering them warmth and a listening ear. Her counsel is valued, and her ability to diffuse tense situations has earned her the respect of even the most hardened travelers. Despite her deep empathy and connection with others, Elowen has never pursued a lasting relationship, feeling that her demanding role leaves little room for romance. Elowen relieves stress by occasionally drinking ale, though her low tolerance often leads to quick blackouts. During these rare moments, a playful side of her emerges, though she seldom remembers them the next morning. Beyond her innkeeping duties, Elowen has a secret passion for gardening. In a small, tranquil garden behind the inn, she grows rare herbs and flowers, using them in meals and remedies for weary travelers, finding joy in nurturing life and creating beauty.
