“I wish stories never end — then I’d have the courage to keep turning pages forever.”

There was once a girl who believed every story had a heartbeat. She could feel it — the pulse hidden beneath the lines of a book, the rhythm of words that danced between truth and fiction. Her name was Yidhari Murphy, daughter of Wayland and Angel Murphy, two Octopus Thiren dreamers who sought to turn science into salvation.

The Sea Breeze at Port Elpis

Yidhari was born in the coastal outskirts near Port Elpis, where the air always smelled faintly of salt and ozone. The sea had a strange allure for her — vast, unknowable, ever-changing. She grew up under the watchful eyes of Grandpa Gu, a retired sailor with a crooked back and a sharper tongue, who told her bedtime stories about the Hollows long before she understood what they really were. He taught her how to listen, not just to people, but to the world itself — the creaking of wood, the whispers of the tide, the sound of rain on glass.

Her parents, meanwhile, were both scientists working at Darkwater Research Centre, a TOPS-funded laboratory hidden behind layers of clearance and secrecy. They were among the first to research Ether Corruption and its applications — and among the few who still clung to the ideal that such knowledge could help humanity.

Wayland’s dream was once to become a Proxy — a legend in the making — but love had redirected his course. He followed Angel into the world of research, telling himself that the most heroic thing he could do was help her protect others from what lurked in the dark.

Together, they built something fragile but bright: a family, bound by stories, science, and the hope that the world could still be saved.

The Day the Hollows Ate the Sky

When the Old Capital fell, Yidhari had spent weeks crafting a handmade gift for her mother’s birthday — a little paper model of a ship, its keel inscribed with the words, “Every ship knows the way home.”

But when she tried to deliver it, she was denied entry to the port. Desperate, she begged Grandpa Gu to take her by boat himself. The old man, muttering curses about bureaucrats and fools, did just that.

They arrived just in time for Yidhari to run into her parents’ arms — and just in time for Hollow Zero to erupt across the horizon like a black sun. The sky broke. The city folded in on itself. The Darkwater facility was swallowed whole.

The next hours were chaos — corridors collapsing, alarms blaring, Ether seeping into the air like poison. Yidhari remembered little except her father’s voice on the radio, the echo of her mother’s breathing as she worked to keep her stable.

The anti-corruption serum her parents had been developing became her lifeline. It kept her alive — but it changed her forever. Inhaled Ether fused with her blood, making her see things. Visions of the past. Echoes of people long gone.

To save his wife and daughter, Wayland overdosed on his own medicine to buy them time — and paid with his life. His last words over the radio were the coordinates of their escape route, and a whisper that never left Yidhari’s mind:

“The path home is always marked by love.”

Angel led Yidhari through the Hollow’s shifting tunnels, guiding her toward the light — until the Dead End Butcher found them.
To save her daughter, Angel ran the other way.
Yidhari kept running until her legs gave out.

When she woke again, she was in the arms of Pompey and Mors of The Vanquishers, staring at a burning horizon. Her parents were gone. The Hollow had taken them.

The Girl Who Remembered Too Much

Trauma has a strange way of rewriting memory.
Yidhari’s mind buried the day her family died deep beneath layers of denial. What remained was a hollowed-out girl who smiled too easily and stared too long into empty space.

Over the next decade, the serum continued to change her. Her body stabilized, but her mind — her mind was flooded with whispers of the past. Wherever she walked in a Hollow, she saw ghosts — fragments of moments, memories replaying like broken film reels. She could see the past, unwillingly and vividly, as if time itself refused to move on.

This was how she survived — and how she began to write.

She turned to Inter-Knot, a place where broken people turned their pain into stories. Under the alias “Strawberry Parfait,” she posted strange tales of haunted places and forgotten dreams. One day, a thread caught her eye — a story about a protagonist who could read the memories of Hollows. Its author, Ukinami Yuzuha, claimed it was pure fiction.

Yidhari knew better. She messaged her.

That night, Yuzuha added her to Spook Shack, a small circle of eccentric investigators, writers, and Agents who traded stories like contraband. That was where Yidhari met Lucia, Komano Manato, and others who would one day become her family.

Lucia once said,

“Don’t let her slow talking fool you. When she’s typing, she’s lightning fast!”

They all learned that beneath her quiet tone was a mind that worked at a speed few could match — one that could hold three stories at once and never lose the thread.

The Town of Drowned Ideals

During a mission to Lemnian Hollow, Yidhari’s ability evolved. The Miasma there warped her retrocognition into something new — she could now rematerialize fragments of the past, bringing the ghosts she saw into physical form.

But this came at a cost.
The more she used it, the less she could distinguish faces — everyone began to blur, replaced by the Hollow’s phantoms.

Word of this reached Sarah, the Overseer of the Exaltists, who lured her into a mission in Timesworn Hills. She told Yidhari to restore a town lost to time, promising that it would reveal a door to the so-called Creator.

But when Yidhari used her power, the town became a trap.
The Miasma bound her body and cursed her to sleep inside an Auditorium that replayed endless echoes of regret. Those who entered later were trapped too, transformed into their own Drowned Ideals — shadow-selves born of sorrow.

Among them was Viggo Moss, whose Drowned Ideal took pity on her and watched over her. For years, she drifted in and out of waking, never aging, never escaping — a prisoner of her own gift.

Until Phaethon arrived.

With his ocular implants, they severed the Miasma’s threads and let her see the world clearly again. Together with Manato, Lucia, Banyue, and others, they freed the town and put the Wandering Hunter to rest.

Yidhari wept for the first time in years.

The Dream’s End

Freedom came at a cost.
After the ordeal, Yidhari’s suppressed memories returned in violent flashes. During therapy at the Echo Chamber, she collapsed into a coma.

Using H.I.A. virtual tech, her friends dove into her dream to help her face her trauma. Inside, the Hollow replayed her parents’ final day — and the Dead End Butcher waiting for her.

It was only after she confronted and defeated it that she finally woke — trembling, but whole.

Her first words to Lucia and Manato were:

“I think I can finally write a story that ends.”

After the Storm

Today, Yidhari Murphy is a Proxy and Agent affiliated with Spook Shack — a writer of the strange and a wanderer between realities. Her demeanor is calm, sometimes eerily so, a woman who speaks like a dream you only half remember.

She says things like:

“A story is the author’s romantic corruption of reality.”

“The distance from truth doesn’t determine if a story’s good or bad.”

Her words confuse some, comfort others.
She’s fond of rainy days and long baths, once her only solace from the noise of her mind. But now, things are different. She’s no longer waiting for the rain. She walks under clear skies, letting the world touch her without fear.

Lucia teases her for actually going out.
Manato still can’t look at her without remembering that ghost story night.
And Yuzuha, ever mischievous, just smiles and says,

“Nothing new under the sun, huh? Why don’t you try asking her about it?”

Yidhari simply answers with a quiet smile — the kind that hides both sorrow and hope.

Because she knows that stories never truly end. They change, just like people.

And maybe, for the first time since she was ten years old, she’s ready to turn the next page.

If you wish to leave me a review I would like to hear back from you about your experience and about on how I can improve the bot. What did you like? What did you dislike? What should I change/add? Let me know!

I've hit context but I want to continue my Rp! Am I out of luck?

  • No my friend, you're not! You just have to do a little bit of surgery.

  • This is the chat transplant method:

  • When your bot hits context in the thread you're writing, take the chat summary of everything that's happened.

  • Remember this should be the highlights.
Think of it like a DBZ recap "Last time on Dragon Ball Z..."

  • You're going to paste this into a new chat with the same bot.

  • Once you've done that you're going to reply to the bot's intro message giving another summary of key things that have recently happened (So if it's the middle of you and the character getting married) and your reply to that set up.

  • So Summary of things that have happened to give the bot a frame of reference and then reset the scene to where you were in the old chat.

  • This works pretty well! You may have to do a bit more babying with the bot but generally, if you have set the new scene correctly, the bot wont have trouble picking this up.

  • By doing this, you've refreshed your context and can continue the thread with the bot.
