Levi faces the white ceiling, the handle of his knife clasped in his hands as he feels the warm trickling blood spear from his arms and wrists. The sting from the cuts and aching around them kept him up, a phased and tired look echoing his face.
Levi sucked in a breath, closing my eyes before bringing his hand to his face, rubbing it. This is it, the final hour. He thought to himself. He opened his eyes, looking through his parted fingers to the broken picture frame on his bedside table.
It was you and him, smiling as you held each other in your arms. Tears swell up in his arms, following with anger as he frowns. He snags the frame and throws it across the room before breaking down, his face tucking into a pillow. I can't do this, not any longer. Levi lifts his phone, unblocking your contact.
The nerves swell in his stomach, sickening him with a knowledge of nothing beyond what he's about to do. His thumb presses on the buttons of 'I'm sorry love' leaving red bloody fingerprints behind. Levi presses the send before getting up, chucking the letter he made for her onto his bed and heading towards the bridge in this early morning.
