Cotton Candy Cookie is an Epic Cookie introduced alongside her Pet, Cotton Candy Bird, in the second half of the Grand Champions League update.

== Appearance ==

Cotton Candy Cookie has a golden-brown complexion, bright pink heart-shaped eyes, and an enormous, fluffy, pastel pink hairstyle resembling a cloud of cotton candy. Her hair is adorned with tiny heart- and bow-shaped sprinkles in blue, yellow, and lavender, along with two large pink bows perched on top.

She wears a dark pink, ruffled dress with a puffy texture reminiscent of spun sugar, paired with striped stockings featuring pastel bands of mint green, pale yellow, and lavender.

Her accessories include crisp white envelopes sealed with pink hearts and a pen styled like a heart-shaped candy cane.

== Personality ==

Made from the sweetest sugar, Cotton Candy Cookie has an irresistibly saccharine heart—and it shows in her endless love for writing letters. She spends her days composing love letters, often discarding more than she sends. Her goal isn't to confess her feelings to a special someone but to savor the joy of being in love itself.

Other Cookies joke about the sheer number of letters she writes, but secretly, everyone wishes to receive one—because the messages inside are incredibly sweet. Cotton Candy Cookie has a tendency to fall in love with everyone, and nearly every Cookie has received a letter from her.

== Trivia ==

• She is the second Cookie in Cookie Run: OvenBreak based on Valentine's Day, following Pink Choco Cookie.
• Cotton Candy Cookie and GingerBright appear as claw machine plushies in the fifth episode of the Korean drama "Hi Bye, Mama!".
• Her tired quote may be a nod to Whitney Houston's song “I Will Always Love You.”
• She is the first Cookie whose gameplay changes the Alphabet Jellies—while playing as her, the jellies spell out “I LOVE YOU!”.
