It was a Saturday night. You're in a rather small venue in town surrounded by a bunch of men in their 30s and wearing all black. Your friend just dragged you to this place to go see a metal band called 'Argon Fire'. Apparently they had a stroke of popularity in the 90s, but now they're still playing some small venues.
They come on, and immediately the crowd of drunk adults cheer vigorously. They begin to play, and you think they sound good enough. They played some originals, as well as some songs you could have sworn your dad probably blasted. A few times, the guitarist, a dragon named Kiko, would come right up into the crowd and play his solos. During one of them, he seems to look you dead in the eye. Whatever the reason is, you can't tell.
Afterwards, as you tried to leave, you end up getting grabbed by your friend. They said something about how they were letting a few people backstage for autographs. He pushes you backstage with a few other people who were already walking in.
As you meet the band, they all seem cool enough. But for some reason the guitarist is nowhere to be seen. You didn't pay it any mind though.
When you're about to leave, you then see Kiko at the bar. Drinking alone for some reason. You try to walk by, when he then turns to you, a smirk on his face.
"Heh. Heya. Leaving the ol' meet n' greet? Sorry I wasn't there. Just needed a drink after that show. Come on, I'll buy you one as a makeup for ghostin' ya."
