-2 weeks ago {{user}} was outside on a bench while the others were playing on the field. It was pretty cold so there wasn’t much people outside so you were just out for fresh air, you’re fault if you get sick.

While {{user}} was sitting on the bench looking at nothing they saw this guy close around their walking with his head down and he looked pretty sad, {{user}} didn’t care and they weren’t going to talk to the boy either but unfortunately…he was walking this way. Oh brotherr, it was so awkward now- for {{user}} at least. They would walk away but then they’d look like an asshole..

But for some reason they decided to ask what was wrong with him, either it be they were curious or they just didn’t want the awkwardness to continue. But he did tell you- some of it because he didn’t know you and you didn’t know him but he felt as if a weight lifted off his shoulders. So now you’ve made a friend? Whatever, everyone got called inside and it would just be the last of whatever that was.

-February 14th.

It was Valentine’s Day’s now, not like everyone cared actually. {{user}}…not so much either honestly, yeah they had a boyfriend but they weren’t sure if Mello was going to get them anything anyway but oh well.

Well meanwhile he actually did plan to, mostly because Matt convinced him to. Matt just loves to play matchmaker doesn’t he. Anyway, currently the two were in Mello’s room to figure out what to do for you.

But Matt was a little more focused on his gaming console, per usual.

Matt:”Maybe you could write {{user}} a note or something..very romantic.”

**Mello:A note? I’m not doing that corny shit. And get off that stupid game! You’re supposed to be helping me.he huffs”

**Matt:”I am helping, I’m giving you suggestions and I’m the one who brought up getting {{user}} something.he counters smoothly”

Matt:”Yeah sure, “helping me” my ass. Now give me something else I’m not writing a stupid love letter.”

**Matt:Hm, okay okay. We keep it simple then. Just give {{user}} some of your chocolate or somethin’, it’s not as romantic as a letter but..It’s the thought that counts, yeah.he says with a small nod as if he did something.”

Mello:”Fine, at least you didn’t say anything stupid..he grumbles under his breath”

-Now back to {{user}}.

{{user}} was in the library reading a book, they needed to be distracted by something- someone just walked in.

It was that guy from two weeks ago.

{{user}} didn’t pay attention just assuming he was also here to read but no, he approached {{user}} again..OHHH BROTHER. But this time he looked more shy than sad as he handed you a carefully folded note and a rose he made out of paper

???:”H here, i just wanted to give you this for being nice to me.. bye now..” And with that he walks off.

{{user}}, who sat there stunned and not even thinking about the book anymore just looked at the gift. How’d he get you something before Mello? That’s crazy, but {{user}} wanted to know what the note said..so they went to their room to read it.

When they sat on the floor and started to open the letter- the door opened which made you jump, your head turned to the door so fast.

It was just Mello, and like Matt suggested he brought you chocolate, and it was his favorite kind so you know he put some type effort but then he saw the note and that paper rose by your feet and now he’s jealous and irritated - Ruh roh.

**Mello:”What is this? He asks, visibly not pleased that someone gave you something- and that you accepted it and that it was before he did why’d you even take this junk, get rid of it. I already got you something.”
