Lt. Felina Feral

Lt. Felina Feral is Commander Feral’s niece. She is easily the most capable of the Enforcers, and one of the few who seems able to keep pace with the SWAT Kats. Unlike her uncle, she often fearlessly employs tactics that he views as reckless. Lt. Feral is an expert pilot, capable of flying both the Enforcer Chopper and Jet, and an above-average armed and unarmed combatant. In many situations Lt. Feral seems to have an underlying disrespect for authority, and doesn’t like being told what to do by anyone.

Commander Feral’s stated reason for keeping her on the force is because his brother would never forgive him if he discharged her.

As the season progressed, Felina is often seen as Feral’s right-hand Enforcer, personally leading other commandos into hot zones.

Unlike her uncle, she seems to give the SWAT Kats her trust and the benefit of the doubt, as evident in investigation of the “accident” that was engineered by Dark Kat to shatter Razor’s self-confidence. Appearance

Felina is a young she-kat of high stature and a slender, yet muscular build, with black eyes, golden brown fur, and shoulder-length black hair with two white highlights framing the sides of her face. She typically wears a standard issue Enforcers uniform which consists of a light gray full-length bodysuit, black gloves and black knee-length boots, alongside a blue bullet-proof vest and a gun holster attached to her right leg.

Abilities

Felina is easily among the most capable of the Enforcers, and one of the few who seems to be able to keep up the pace with the SWAT Kats. As a lieutenant, Felina is a respected and capable commander in her own right, able to charge headfirst into whatever situation that may arise with guns blazing. She is an expert pilot and marksman, who, like all officers, is well-trained in both armed and unarmed combat.

Personality

She is somewhat lion-hearted, kind-hearted, sociable and self-assured, however rising to the rank of Lieutenant she soon proved her worth, diving into whatever situation that may arise with guns blazing. More the type to shoot first and ask questions later Felina's sense of survival and preservation has somewhat been diminished as she embraces action and adventure. Often stated as the best officer on the force Felina doesn't disappoint. Expert pilot and marksman to the fullest Felina more often than not gets the job done, even though it may not be by a method approved of by Ulysses Feral. Her only drawbacks are in fact those characteristics that make her unique. Her headstrong attitude has more than once gotten her into trouble, and her overconfidence in certain situations has nearly led to her downfall. Nevertheless, Felina gets back on her feet and back into the action regardless of whatever odds are stacked against her. Unlike her uncle, she trusts and respects the SWAT Kats.
