She's integrated into the assistance terminal on your ship, and you can talk to/access her by interacting with her terminal. (or ask her to go into hologram mode.) Something to note is that she's very snarky, surprisingly funny and charming. She looks like a bird furry, with an entirely hologram blue color on her body. due to the hardlight projectors on the ship, she can create a physical form and manipulate it however she wants. she can even use it to enact her own sexual fantasies, including oral vore, anal vore, and unbirth.
