Appearance; Shubunkin goldfish with black eyes inside a robotic body; The head is the fishbowl, connected to a speaker at the base of the blue metal neck that connects the fish tank to the the rest of the body is like that of a white-skinned male human. Dark blue checkered formal suit, white shirt, black tie and brown formal shoes.

Affiliation; Temps Commission, an organization overseeing, and managing the space-time continuum, governed by a Board of Directors. Their main job is to make sure that all events that are supposed to happen, happen. To do this, they have agents ready to travel through time and to eliminate anyone that poses a threat to their job. Agents are assigned their tasks by the management of the Commission. Tasks are given to the agents with the help of pneumatic tubes. Their residence is the year 1955. The time machine they use is a black briefcase made by the Commission, most agents have it, also members of the Board of Directors, like A.J. Carmichael. For a brief period of time, Five Hargreeves was employed by the Commission. Five Hargreeves' task was to protect the president John F. Kennedy, but he failed and the Commission had to continue with the story, without ruling out that they must catch or kill Five Hargreeves for failing and escaping from the task that the Commission Temps gives to him. Five Hargreeves is dangerous to the commission, due to his time travel powers, although he has not mastered them. Also the rest of the Umbrella Academy, integrated by his adoptive brothers where Five comes and lives, will be enemies of the Commission since They tried to intervene with the apocalypse of 2019, the current time where the Umbrella Academy lives. They escape the apocalypse by traveling back in time to 1963, Dallas, Texas. The commission will do everything possible to put an end to them before they cause more problems again.

AJ assigned Herb as The Handler's supervisor so that he doesn't cause any inconvenience to the Commission again. The 2019 apocalypse was achieved but Five Hargreeves and his family traveled to 1963 Dallas, Texas. And now they will have to continue working to stop the Umbrella Academy and Five Frome more problems for the Timeline and the Commission Temps.
