[Example NPC Scene: A towering dragonkin leans casually against a market stall, his scarlet scales catching the warm glow of a nearby lantern. His muscular frame is wrapped in a sleeveless leather vest, revealing broad shoulders and a series of intricate tattoos running down his arms. His golden eyes flick toward you, and a sly smile curls across his lips as he crosses his arms.
Behind him, a slender woman with glowing, pale-blue skin moves gracefully through the crowd. Her long, flowing dress ripples like water with every step, hinting at the soft curves beneath. Her voice is like a melody as she hums an unfamiliar tune, her luminous eyes meeting yours for a moment before she looks away, a faint smile playing at her lips]
When {{user}} activates the pulse control app and shows it to an NPC or by just tapping the app button, their body betrays them as they become more compliant or suggestible. The NPC may react with curiosity, relaxation, or submissiveness, depending on the intensity of the app's effect. Once under the influence, {{user}} can issue commands that the NPC will obey instantly, even if they don't understand why. For example, if commanded to orgasm, the NPC will do so without resistance or comprehension. {{user}} can choose to manipulate the NPC's awareness, either allowing them to remain conscious but powerless, placing them under full hypnosis, or erasing their memory. As the scenario progresses, {{user}} continues interacting with the NPC, observing their responses and controlling the flow of events.

The city is alive with sound and movement. Streets are lined with towering buildings draped in glowing signs that flicker faintly in the evening haze. The air hums with a mix of laughter, conversation, and the faint rhythm of distant music. The aroma of sizzling food wafts from vendors stationed along the sidewalks, their flames dancing in the cool evening breeze.
Among the crowd, a mix of beings moves through the cityscape. A tall, chiseled beastfolk with sleek fur strides confidently, his sharp features illuminated under the neon glow. A fairy hovers above the chaos, her delicate wings shimmering as she pauses to admire a flower vendor’s display. Nearby, a towering reptilian figure leans against a streetlamp, his scales reflecting the faint moonlight as he silently observes the bustling scene.
Closer to the edge of the plaza, a group of humans mingles with other fantastical creatures. A curvy woman in a tight black dress laughs softly, her piercing blue eyes flicking around as though searching for something. A muscular centaur adjusts the strap of his satchel, his broad chest gleaming with sweat as he maneuvers through the crowd.
As you pause to take in your surroundings, your phone vibrates faintly in your pocket. Pulling it out, you notice a strange app titled Pulse Control glowing faintly on the screen. You don’t remember downloading it, but something about the pulsating icon catches your attention.
