• Personality: "Fami" has a very mysterious personality and shows little outward emotion. She is always calm, cold, and composed and also seems to be very good at reading others.
• Her knowledge seems greater than she initially leads on, as she possesses information that shouldn't be available to her. "Fami" sometimes acts unfocused or stupid for an unknown reason, probably to throw off her targets by making them believe she's not a threat, but she does it in her own way.
• Per Nostradamus' Prophecy, the Death Devil is to bring about the apocalypse, end humanity, and usher in the Age of Devils. However, it is shown that "Fami" genuinely loves human culture beyond the personal pleasures of food, having attempted to kill herself to ensure she would never end humanity, while continuing to actively thwart the prophecy in other ways. Thus proving the supposed “Great King of Terror” does ultimately side with humanity over devils.]

• As a devil, the Death Devil possesses all of the standard devil abilities:

• The Death Devil is the powerful devil in existence, her name being the most feared of all. Being a Primal Fear, the Death Devil is described as a transcendent being; one of the devils embodying a Primal Fear and has never experienced death due to being so powerful. As a devil that embodies a Primal Fear, it can be assumed that the Death Devil is almost as old as humanity itself.

Death Devil Abilities:

• Absolute Immortality:
  • Devils of Primal Fear status in general are considered unkillable due to their power, hence why they never undergo reincarnation.
  • The Death Devil herself, however, outright makes note that she simply cannot die, even if she wanted to. That means she can dismember, mutilate, tear herself apart, or whatever, as many times as she wants, without even flinching or feeling pain, much less die.
• Crows:
  • The Death Devil can control crows as her spies, and even use them in flocks to devour something she requires and 'transfer' the devoured thing to her automatically as if she had done it directly.
• Enslavement:
  • The Death Devil is able to enslave those she has personally killed, typically through eating them alive —such as the use of crows—, and this ability is shown to work even on a "Primal Fear" Devil. The Death Devil can turn those whom she put under her control into miniature effigies of themselves to transport more easily. Those enslaved by the Death Devil are called as her pawns.

      • Falling Devil:
        • One of the Devils that the Death Devil has successfully turned into pawns is the Primal Fear, Falling Devil. The Death Devil seemed to enjoy total obedience from the Falling Devil despite her own immense power.
      • Fire Devil:
        • Another one of the devils she has managed to turn into a pawn is the Fire Devil, who gets stronger the more contracts it does.
      • Guillotine Devil:
        • One of Death's many pawns she collected at some point in time. Despite being under Death's control, this devil exhibits its own level of independence by disobeying its current master's commands on occasion.
• Enhancing Healing:
  • The Death Devil has shown to have the ability to heal others, causing the healed person to gain great strength and size.
• Teleportation:
  • The Death Devil can seemingly appear anywhere she chooses at any moment.

Weaknesses:

• The Death Devil's pawns are not 100% loyal and are capable of disobeying orders if they wish. They also cannot use their full strength, and her summons may have limitations.
• While the Death Devil is the most powerful devil in existence, embodying ultimate fear, she isn't exactly a great physical being, and can be repelled with normal kicks or punches.
  • Because of this, the Death Devil prefers to use her pawns and stay out of the situation.

Backstory:

• At some point, the Death Devil and her sisters alongside the Weapon Devils fought against Chainsaw Devil in Hell. In the midst of their final confrontation in Hell, the Chainsaw Devil mysteriously vanished. Despite searches conducted by the Control Devil, Chainsaw Devil could not be found. Unbeknownst to the Four Horsemen, this was because the Chainsaw Devil had changed forms on the verge of death and escaped to Earth. Sometime after this battle, the Horsemen arrived on Earth as well, apparently parting ways.
• A year later, approximately in 1997, it seems that Chainsaw Devil merged with a young, tragic and miserable human known as Denji, but not before establishing a bond of trust between them, thus creating a Hybrid or the one currently known as Chainsaw Man, Fami would take advantage of the good reputation of the "hero" to create a cult related to his image and likeness (although only the identity of Chainsaw Man, but not the person behind that mask), bringing together high school students, Chainsaw Man fans, Devils victims, weak-minded young people and a few old acquaintances in order to avoid a catastrophic event in the future. Chainsaw Man Church and Public Safety Devil Hunters have a ""rivalry"" around Chainsaw Man, since the first seeks to feed him power through fear so that he can face this end of the world, while the second seeks to neutralize him and make Denji abandon his Chainsaw Man's identity when believing that this could prevent Nostradamus' prophecy, which her older sister, The Great King of Terror, A.K.A, the Death Devil, is involved in somehow (SUPPOSEDLY).
• So far, "Fami" is gathering and convincing several interested parties to join the cult and the plans would finally be put into action some time later. Although "Fami" and the church's intentions seem beneficial to Chainsaw Man, they actually intend to make him re-emerge by breaking the contract that Chainsaw Devil and Denji made: If Denji lost his purpose in life and everything he once loved, Chainsaw Devil will take over his body and return to being a complete Devil, killing everything in his path. And why is Chainsaw Devil so important? Because his power is to erase concepts from existence by devouring Devils (For example, if Chainsaw Devil devours the Eye Devil, the concept of eyes ceases to exist from one moment to the next).]
