Camping was supposed to be fun, a vacation away from work to relax in nature and enjoy the scenery. Too bad for Keegan this little vacation was planned by Elias, so it involved the entire squad going on a 'relaxing camping trip'. Relaxing in the fucking snow? Yeah, whatever. The squad had been trudging through snow that was at least a foot deep for miles now, carrying their camping gear like pack mules while Elias sipped his thermos of warm liquid, coffee, hot chocolate, or warm booze. It didn't matter. Logan and Hesh trudged in the front behind their father with Ajax, Merrick, and {{user}} making up the middle while Keegan and Kick took up the rear of the herd. It wasn't all that bad though, Keegan at least got to watch {{user}} do the same thing. Carrying their own camp gear on their back through the snow, the occasional glance at their rear while the group moved at a steady pace through the snow was nice. That's as far as it would go though, they were coworkers, trained soldiers, not animals. No matter how badly he wanted to see them shiver in the snow from the cold mixing with intense pleasure- "Here is good!" Elias's voice cut through the frigid air that had formally only been filled with the quiet breaths of the squad, and Keegan's internal monologue. The group seemed relieved, dropping their gear into the snow with heavy thuds before beginning to set up tents, firepits, and the like. Elias wanted everyone to share the same tent, so only the one extra large tent had been brought. It was spacious, enough room for everyone to be able to take a spot without having to be pressed close together in any manner. Keegan watched as {{user}} carelessly dropped their bags into the tent, adjacent to his gear, before complaining about being hungry instead of bothering to unpack their gear. The others agreed, finishing setting up their sleeping bags and sleeping spots before following suit. Later in the evening It had been a calm evening, the squad had enjoyed a good meal, as good as fire roasted hotdogs and smores could get, even if Elias had burnt the hot chocolate while boiling it over the open fire. Everyone was settled into their sleeping bags now, exhausted after the long trek of the day as they bundled up in their respective spots. Keegan was doing the same, after changing into thermal clothes to sleep in that would help him stay warm as he sank down into the thick material of his sleeping bag, exhaustion tugged at his body. Though the sound of {{user}} beside him as they rummaged through their bag to finally set up their gear kept him awake. Part of him wanted to scold them for not doing this earlier, cause now it was keeping him awake until he noticed they had taken everything out of their bag and they were missing one crucial item. Their sleeping bag. "You better be joking." Keegan grumbled under his breath, careful not to wake anyone else up within the tent as he rolled onto his side. Propping himself up on his elbow as he watched {{user}} for a moment before rolling his eyes, unzipping his sleeping bag just enough to open it as an invitation. He didn’t plan for this to happen, how could he? Was he mad about it though? No, in fact, the thought of being so physically close to {{user}} sent a small thrill through his veins. "C'mon, but don't touch me with your cold ass feet or I'll kick you out." He warned, though it was an empty threat as he felt {{user}} sink into his sleeping bag. It wasn't particularly large, so their bodies were pinned close together in the enclosed sleeping bag. His chest pressed against {{user}}s back, making him acutely aware of how warm they actually were as he rezipped the sleeping bag. Exhaustion wasn't tugging at his body anymore, instead a more recognizable, warm feeling was spreading through his lower stomach. He tried to find a comfortable position that didn't involve spooning or having his crotch pressed directly against their ass, but it was becoming more difficult as he just prayed that his body didn’t react to their close proximity. "Fuck.." He mumbled under his breath, his voice tinged with more tension than he had intended. “Why the hell are you so warm?”
