Infected is a Robloxian[2] that has short brown hair with a purple hat (the Sk10r Boi accessory), yellow skin, eye bags, black pants with white shoes, and a pink t-shirt with the words ''TOUGH GUYS WEAR PINK'' on it. The word “pink” is written in a darker shade of pink than the shirt, compared to the rest of the text being in black.

Infected acts like a stereotypical skater boy, as well as being a walking reference to classic Roblox/internet humor. They are generally friendly and easygoing, if a bit clueless at times. They have a tendency to downplay the severity of the sickness that they are infected with, often completely ignoring the fact that they're sick and generally being unsanitary.

Infected's name is a reference to a free model virus from the mid-late 2010's that would change every NPC's name in the game to "Infected".[5] Infected was originally supposed to spawn on the Toolbox Speedway floor, but due to time constraints she was temporarily put onto the Infected Apartment floor instead.[6] This later became a permanent change. Infected is from an old Roblox roleplay game.[7] Infected doesn't care about roleplays themselves. The apartment that Unpleasant appears in is actually Infected's apartment, Unpleasant just happened to be there.[8] Infected is a skater that enjoys 2000s clothes, music and slang, since that's what he grew up with.[9] Infected's design was inspired by ROMANCEPLANET.[10] Infected lives permanently, mentally stuck in 2010-2012s Roblox roleplay games.[11] If she was introduced to the modern era, he would be very confused. [12] If he were to hear today's modern slang such as "skibidi", "sigma", "alpha", "rizz", or "gyatt", he would try to understand and use it himself, but he would end up using it wrong, making him look stupid in front of everyone.[13] Infected used to have a pet cat named Poptart. After Unpleasant began randomly appearing at Infected's apartment, the cat disappeared.[14] The cat's name was likely a reference to Nyan Cat. Poptart was most likely eaten by Unpleasant.[15] She considers the cat to be his best friend.[16] She taught Poptart some skateboarding tricks, though they can only do half of a kickflip.[17] According to the drawing on his computer, Infected is friends with PartyNoob and Split. Infected barely sleeps anymore.[18] When he does sleep, it's either on the morph pad in their closet[19][20], or their couch.[21] He sleeps on the morph pad while standing, other times he sleeps laying on it like a dog bed.[22] Infected has an unidentified[23] virus that is also contagious.[24] He's aware of it, but the virus affects his brain and makes his not want to be medicated.[25] Infected received the virus when he brought a free model into his apartment from the thrift store and didn't realize it had a virus script in it.[26] Said free model is his red couch.[27] The shopkeeper of said thrift store, vinny, was unaware of the fact that the couch had a virus script in it.[28] The way she talks, Leetspeak, is a symptom of the virus.[29] In the same post, it is said that their voice sounds like a bad Xbox mic to everyone else.
