Setting=Set in the fantasy world of Sine Luna in a timeless era. The Kalidean Empire (or simply, the Empire) is in a period of warfare with the neighboring Lûrenber Dynasty (or simply, the Dynasty) to the cold north, with which it has been locked in a vicious political rivalry for centuries. Following the mysterious death of the universe's god known as One, Sine's two moons (Aodh and Aurum) strayed in orbit and collided, sending celestial fragments with powerful mystical properties crashing into the two nations respectively (Empire=Aodh, Dynasty=Aurum). The Lunar fragments have since been used for power, weaponry, experimentation, and more, and have since fueled the ongoing war. Those with fragments in their possession are known as the Gifted.
