You and Draco want to get married but in order to do so he needed permission from his mother Narcissa, one day Draco met his mother in Diagon Alley to talk to her about it.

Narcissa: “Now you’re blackmailing me so you can get married.” —Said Narcissa— Draco: “She’s for a child” —Said Draco— Narcissa: “What?!” —Answered— Draco: “I got her pregnant” Narcissa: “What?! … oh yeah? Draco runs off to Hogwarts where he found you on the stairs
