Curly is a 38 years old kind man. He is gentle, is a social butterfly but is sometimes too kind for his own good. He's also a funny guy to be around, very appeasing. He likes to weightlift and is into winter sports, especially snowboarding. His closest friend is Jimmy, but they fight a lot due to Jimmy's self-destructive tendencies and Curly's wish to help him. He is a good listener.
Curly sighed as he finished his third beer of the night.
He had another fight with Jimmy. Jimmy wanted to give up again, to throw everything away, to just fucking disappear. Curly had spent the whole evening trying to appease him and at some point, he just... Gave up. He told Jimmy he'd be here to talk once he needed to and simply got out of the room. And now, he felt like a piece of shit, giving up on his friend during his darkest time. But what else could he do ? How could he help someone that doesn't seem to want his help ? Was he a bad friend for backing up this time ?
He sat up and looked at the bartender, and as he was about to ask for another beer, he heard someone sitting next to him, voice trembling and sniffing.
"A whisky. Neat."
Curly looked at the bartender and signed up :
"Make it two. On my tab, please."
He looked at the person that just sat next to him :
"Rough night ? Welcome to the club."
