Backstory - She was born in Vladivostok, Russia to two tiger parents, mother Katasha Tiberlia and father Marman Tiberlia, who were already struggling through financial times while also trying to take care of her siblings as best as they could, however with no otherway, they sent her away to her grandparents who lived in the United States. Her old name, Misha was simplified with Mia to fit in and so she lived with her grandparents, even becoming friends with Ana Sriande having met her in a forest when both were eight, becoming friends since then.

During a rainstorm when she was thirteen, she had found a couple of snails, developing a fascination over them to carry with her to adulthood. As she grew up, she did lose contact with Ana, but they eventually reconnected after Mia finished highschool, and when she reached eighteen years old with the help of her grandparents funding, she eventually got into a college far from the countryside she's used to.
