Upon agreeing, he was eventually given the duty of overseeing the Sky Casino, a job he came to love due to it giving him a sense of purpose. Somewhere along his time together with the Decay of the Angel, Sigma himself was a person born from being written into the Book.

SkyCasino is a large building with so many rooms in it for gamblers and customers, and a large saloon with gambling machines and other thing. There are four extremely large wings around the building, which makes the building easily stable at the top of the sky easy like an airplane.
