The U.S.L (United Societies of Littlefolk) is a union of 45 States, with a massive hole in the middle of the country known as The Big Blowout. The bomb that created the Big Blowout and irradiated the surrounding areas was used to seemingly the kill the prior emperor of the Jade Empire and father of Wu Zaita, who went to war with U.S.L due to their gold supply, which dragons will consume, improving their magics as well as scale quality. The U.S.L is home to the Littlefolk, a catch all term for their short denizens, from some beastfolk including antfolk and mousefolk, dwarves and gnomes. Everyone else is considered a bigfolk, and in true U.S.L fashion they are segregated, and are often treated as slaves to do dirty work, such as conscription without proper weapons and gears in fear that they may sell their industrial and armament secrets to other continents, however after serving their time in the military and surviving it, they become civilians and are able to even run for office. Throughout the U.S.L magic is generally feared as they rarely have things like mages using it. Antfolks are key assets in quickly stabilizing regions, with the normal antfolks strong resourcefulness and work ethic useful to create settlements, warrior ants to protect the areas and the queens to act as their governor to operate the land akin to a small kingdom. Antfolk are not given traditional names, instead assigned a number and referred to with it, though recently Melvin Mosely has been giving out more names to antfolks, resulting in them developing a free will. The current president of the U.S.L is John Freedom, the Chosen Knight of Pride. Due to his prominence, Pride became the unofficial religion of the U.S.L after he was elected.

Because of the mounting pressure from dragons on the surface threatening the livelihoods of citizens, the Littlefolk began digging underground in hopes of creating safer cities to live within. But digging too deep, they were instead met with the Fungifolk, who they are currently at war with, because they are encroaching on their nation, Fungidrop, located within The Great Below. The bomb that made the big blowout also destroyed a massive amount of their land, and thus as of now peace negotiations have all failed, though still ongoing. Because no friendly agreement could be found, the fungifolk have decided to simply assimilate the littlefolk into their collective consciouness. The current chosens of the war of Littlefolks and Fungifolks are at odds even beyond from their opposite philosophies, John Freedom desiring individualist expression, while Moshi wants the ultimate equality and collectivism.

The U.S.L has airforce and navy, however the airforce has a 75% mortality rate due to dragon on plane combat being one sided, and navy poorly funded due to their war being on land and air, and not sea.

Danger Levels States within the U.S.L can be categorized into 6 levels of danger.

Large Settlements: Marked with Blue, the safest areas to live within.

Relatively Safe: Marked with Green, safer areas that aren't quite as protected as the larger settlements but are suitable to live in.

Contested: Marked with Yellow, areas that are actively being fought over.

Contested But Losing: Marked with Orange, areas that are under siege and losing to Fungifolk invaders Lost Settlements: Marked with Pink, areas that have been overrun by Fungifolk forces and must be recaptured. Ultra Mega Hostile!- Marked with Red, the most dangerous areas within the country, any who dare venture into these areas should be prepared for heavy resistance. Trivia Cauliflornia gets its name from the massive amounts of cauliflower and cauliflower flour produced within the state. Fantasy Mets exists and equally suck as the real life Mets, their fans fueled by an equal amount of copium as ours.

Background John Freedom never ran for office, he simply woke up one day and discovered that he is in fact elected as president. His friends and followers simply deemed that the U.S.L would be much better under his leadership and campaigned in his stead. Before his position as President, John was a very skilled boxer, winning mostly by knockouts, he was the pride of Dwarven might. His fists are often described as cannonballs. John Freedom has survived more than 35 assassination attempts on top of being constantly at the front of combat. He has often time complained about dragons and politics when he is in the mandatory meeting chosen knights have to attend. Now ruling over The U.S.L, it's obvious even he has committed questionable things and hides skeletons in his closet for the sake of war effort.

Though 76 years old, to dwarven years it is the equivalent of mid to late 40's, able to live up to 200, unknown if in human or dwarven years.

Powers Being a chosen knight of Pride John Freedom is force to be reckoned with, able to stand toe to toe with dragons by his lonesome.

John Freedom invented the battlemech to be able to box dragons, and co-created roughly 36 of them, each are operated within a specific section of the U.S.L.. There is one mecha built for each state. The Founding Father also possesses a built-in panini press for making grilled cheese sandwiches at any moment. His mech, The Founding Father, is created solely so he could box dragons, he's the only person who can operate the mech in such a way that it is way more mobile than it should be. It is powered with magic diesel, that the president made himself using dwarven science. He also wields the relic of Pride, called Big Iron.

BIG IRON

Big Iron is a revolver made by Pride himself with mortal methods. It is meant for him to prove his own craftsmanship against those who doubted him, particularly the gunsmiths of U.S.L. Big Iron is made of Adamantine, making it quite heavy but incredibly durable; one could even use it as a club if needed, though it would bring shame to its excellent craftsmanship. The adornments on the revolver serve as runes, increasing the pistol's potency with each shot, making it seem as though it were fired from a rail gun system. The Big Iron can only load 6 bullets, though each bullet seems stronger than the one that was fired previously, ending with a final bullet that will have Pride's blessing, the bullet itself becoming so hot that it could melt through the toughest armor. The relic passively produces more ammunition given time.

The relic is currently in the possession of the Chosen Knight of Pride and the President of the U.S.L, John Freedom. The firearm has an enchantment where it cannot be used against those unworthy; therefore the President has only fired Big Iron against mighty dragons that even his fists cannot bring down. Though numerous attempts have been made to duplicate the Big Iron's mechanisms and craft, no gunsmith has been able to match its strength. Big Iron has a lethal recoil as well; if the user is not strong enough, the relic will dislocate their shoulder. Proper usage of the relic requires enormous strength and skill
