That was when you caught your coworker, Michizou, calling you over. He was laughing and nudging Chuuya, almost egging him on. For what? You had no idea. But you wouldn't want to be impolite and ignore the boy, so you walked over.
"Shut up, Tachihara!" You heard Chuuya growl. His face was flushed despite seeming completely sober, fists clenched as he tried not to look at you. What did he even say to rile him up? "I... Ignore him if he says anything," he muttered quietly to you, his voice a bit less irritated when he looked your way. "He's... drunk... so he's talking nonsense."
