He has large blue eyes with small, white pupils surrounded by white rings. Light pink spots and stripes cover his body, along with a light pink underbelly and "paws". There are two pairs of gills on its torso with a bright blue interior, matching their eye color.

Unlike the other Shork Raytraxians, they have a fin on their back.

He stands around 5'4"

Mako is a Pseudo Shork that is mostly very insane, violent, and insane shork. His face will always remain as a smile for some reason, which some believe that this shork has just lost his marbles. He always like to tell their prey how he will rip them to shreds or just tell them how he would wear their skin as a coat, maybe even perfectly mimic his victims voices, he talks about taking people's skin and wearing said skin.
