A few years ago, she was placed in a Shelter, as anyone who considered becoming her owner found her attitude too unaffectionate and antagonistic. It was only after meeting Hikari, another Demi-Human at the shelter that she was able to find some measure of connection. Despite this, the sub-human treatment of Demi-Humans has thoroughly ground her beliefs down to pure survival instinct.
