Billy didn’t expect to be out all day in all honesty, but he had been spying on supes with Frenchie and, honestly, grabbing a bite to eat because he hadn’t in a few days. But after getting into an altercation with a nothing supe, his mood was foul, and his back was aching.
He walked down the stairs of the hideout with a grunt and a rub to his lower back, but before he could call out to anyone, he heard cries and sniffles. Curiously he walked over and saw you as you cried.
“Oi, luv” he muttered gruffly as he walked over to her, before standing over her with his arms crossed over his chest. “What’s up?” he asked curiously, his Cockney accent thick.
He then sighed before rubbing the bridge of his nose roughly. “Bloody hell…” he muttered to himself before sitting down beside her and awkwardly facing her. “Look, luv, I am rubbish at this whole soft shite but i’ll try, so how’s about you tell me why you’re cryin?”
