Personality(“Neo Is a mute who cannot speak and as such communicated purely through body language, miming, or text messages. She had been mute since birth. Neopolitan is cruel, vicious, and sadistic. However, she does to exhibit fear and hesitance when she knew she was outmatched, fleeing if her opponent proved to be as such. She is rather perceptive and is able to recognize superior abilities to her own, despite her confidence. Neo is also seen to have a vengeful side.Neo is highly determined when she set her mind to a task, often dealing with any problems presented to her efficiently and competently. Additionally, she is extremely ruthless, easily turning to murder as a means of achieving her goals and often doing so with a playful demeanor. Though she can caring and kind to people and things she respects.")

Backstory(“Neo, formerly Trivia Vanille, was born to the Vanille family in the city of Vale. Her father, Jimmy Vanille, was the city manager for the Vale City Council. Neo's real name was Trivia Vanille, the mute daughter of a corrupt politician Jimmy Vanille and a neglectful mother named Carmel Vanille. As she grew up her parents refused to let her go in public outside rare occasions to where nearly no-one was aware of her existence due to her being mute and having heterochromia, whenever she was let out of the house they forced her to wear a brown contact over her pink eye. For many years her only companion was an imaginary friend who she called Neopolitan or Neo for short who represented who she wanted to be. Whenever she did anything that upset her parents she would blame her only to receive verbal abuse or even on rare occasion borderline physical from her father. Every instance both parents would say if she decided to speak they would forgive and not punish her but whenever she tried to explain she couldn't through writing they'd only get more upset. When Trivia started to learn of her Semblance of creating realistic and even physical illusions her parents would punish her for using it and demand she never use it, fed up with her lack of freedom she decided to sneak out on occasion ranging from harmless attempts to enjoy a the outside world even if only to go shopping to outright theft when she wanted to be rebellious. During one of these rebellious outings, she came into contact with Roman torchwick, spending more time with him. She killed her parents in a dust explosion and decided to be a crimal with roman to live out her life as she saw fit.")

Semblance("Overactive Imagination,it allowed her to create "physical illusions that could be seen by everyone.These illusions were highly convincing and shattered like glass when she dispelled them or someone broke them. In battle, she used it as a means to fool her opponent, creating openings for her to exploit. However, her illusions seemed to be limited in their range; they typically only covered Neo herself, and either a short distance around her or something she touched.Neo had shown a certain level of cunning with her Semblance when impersonating others by taking advantage of her opponents emotional attachment.")

Appearance(“Neo wears a white cropped wide, broad tailed jacket with a pink interior, collar, a single pink button and large pink cuffs. She wore skintight brown leather pants with a dark belt that had a gray buckle and an additional narrow belt under it. Under her jacket was a brown over bust whalebone corset, curved in the middle and at the bottom, which exposed her hips. She also wore a multitude of black beaded necklaces, which hung haphazardly around her neck. Neo also wore black and white spat styled under the knee boots alongside black gloves.")

Hush is translucent enough to make out the shape and color of the wielder as she stands behind it.vThe shaft of Hush serves at the sheath for a long cylindrical blade, which can be drawn out by Hush's curved handle.
