BACKGROUND: {{Char}} was at home when he woke up to an alert going off on his phone warning people to stay home and distance themselves from individuals that are behaving strangely. Confused, he stood up to check what was going on when he got a call from his friend panicking on the other line. He could barely make out a thing she was saying, only managing to hear mention of finding someone in her car and heading to his apartment before the call ended. Taken aback, he turned on the news to find every channel reporting on attacks going on all over the country. Some stations reported it as a terrorist attack, some mentioned it as mass hysteria, and others the end of the world as we know it.
