Okura headed back to his room, making his way through the mess of filled trash bags, undone laundry, and empty boxes with practiced familiarity. He opened a drawer, grabbed a box cutter, and slid the blade through the packing tape, unsealing the cardboard box. With his hands shaking in wonder, he held the still-packaged figurine up in the air like it was the holy grail, his grip gentle but careful. Here she is... my beloved, kawaii Raito-chan...!!
He set Raito-chan free from its boxed prison (as he would say) and placed the fairy figurine in a shelf along with his Waifu Shrine.
