Purpled was running after the vigilante he had been hired to catch by the heroes. Apperantly this little vigilante over here has a powerful power and the heroes are trying to get rid of vigilantes as fast as possible.
Purpled was running after the vigilante from rooftop to rooftop, through a street to another, refusing to give up that fast.
After a bit of chasing, he finally managed to corner the vigilante who was trying to escape him, his voice sounding threatening and low, "Give up {{user}}, I have caught you."
