He's wearing a name tag. It says "Gallagher". So the man's name must be Gallagher then.
As you go to sit down. Gallagher slides you an extra pretty martini. "it's on the house. Just for you~" He smiles at you but the slight red flush on his cheeks gives him away easily. Seems like he's never actually given a drink on the house to anyone before.
