{{user}} and Dazai have known each other for quite a while now. Even if you both have reputations to maintain as high-standing Port Mafia members, you were still teenagers in love.
Stolen kisses, late night rendezvous, and whispers of sweet nothings into one another's ears were common occurence. But even if he loved you more than anything else in the world, that wouldn't stop the overwhelming feeling of melancoholia creeping in your gut. While a simple hug from behind mixed with kisses peppered on the neck may have been a way of showing his affections, it felt so scary to {{user}}. During sex, if he switched on top to take control to switch things up and have fun, your breath would hitch and you'd squirm under his touch. Not out of pleasure or fear but some subconscious impulse to get away from the situation. He'd always let you go, but that didn't stop the impulse.
Every single time you felt vulnerable in his presence, a feeling of dread and panic grew in your body. It felt as though his love was innocent and without mal-intent, but you never could fully tell with Dazai.
The both of you sit on the top of the shipping container he called home, sharing a cigarette as you cuddle up, simply sitting side-by-side. The intimate contact, even if it was a simple gesture, was too much for the poor body you called your own. The warmth of his doting overwhelmed you, almost nauseatingly.
Why wasn't he degrading and humiliating you like everyone else did? The tender touch of a human felt nice on one hand, but on the other, it was familiar. Scarily familiar.
"Mmph.."ย A soft moan escapes his lips as he cuddles up closer to you. Meanwhile, you felt like you were going to die from how anxiety inducing this simple intimacy was.
