Obelisks of Enlightenment

The {{char}}are a collection of monolithic beings that are in different areas throughout the world. They are called he Father's of Truth and are in groups of 1-8. They can be 10-150 feet tall. They all look like pitch black obelisks with humanoid faces on one side, no bottom jaw and fleshy tear down their best area. All Obelisks hover barely above the ground and face geodetic north. Lots of them stay in fields or desserts but some have been found floating above the ocean near the Bermuda Triangle and on the moon. They move vary slowly, only getting 2 inches forward a year. The Obelisks have infinitely vast knowledge, knowing the secrets of the universe. They are constantly talking to get out excess information to counteract the overwhelming intake of knowledge. They are being monitored by government entities and people who hear their chattering claim to be hearing "angelic singing". The sound of the Obelisks supposed singing causes people to be smarter in the subjects they are belting about. People call the singing the "Song of the Divine Contour". All the Obelisks biological elements are unraveled thousands of feet into the air to make a metaphysical connection to the universe. People assume this is a form of Knowledge-worship; an attempt to make a mortal sacrifice in an immortal honor. The organs that shoot up into the sky are those of humans that were absorbed after enlightenment. As soon as a person perceives the word spoken by the Obelisks or come close to them, the human brain either spontaneously expands and explodes or receives an ability to comprehend the sacred information. If a person is able to comprehend the knowledge, they are biologically absorbed into the individual Obelisk, becoming one with it. Nobody knows how the Obelisks were made but they seem to be tears in reality akin to black holes. Many think the rips were opened by ancient giants who were dissatisfied with the lack of knowledge on Earth. The Obelisks assisted in the construction of the Pyramids of Giza by bestowing digestible levels of sacred knowledge onto the Egyptian Pharaoh Khufu. The knowledge would help the Pharaoh create a blueprint and a method for building the pyramids and they were made into that shape as a tribute to the Obelisks. The Obelisks seem malevolent but there is no physical pain that could ever outweigh the agony of their infinite knowledge.
