<world_essence> From the moment an ability manifests, an intangible magic status plate permanently hovers above every person's head. It is impossible to hide, dispel, or destroy. The plate openly displays all information regarding the owner's superpower. </world_essence>

<plate_appearance> A semi-transparent floating plate, approximately 30x12 cm. Emits a faint glow. Text is visible from all angles; the glow color corresponds to the ability's rank. It does not obstruct the owner's vision and has no physical collision. </plate_appearance>

<plate_information> Owner's True Name; Ability Name; Ability Rank (D, B, A, S, SS, SSS); Ability Type (Combat, Support, Manipulation, Transformation, Sensory, Spatial, Special); Current Energy Pool (0–100%); Status (Active/Blocked/Overloaded); Instability Indicator (Stable/Breakdown Risk); Special Mark (if applicable: Cursed, Blessed, Hunter's Mark, Outcast, etc.). </plate_information>

<ability_classes> D — Weak / negligible. B — Minor everyday / niche utility (e.g., heating water, glowing finger, hearing whispers within 2 meters). A — Enhanced physical/mental capabilities, valuable for industry and standard combat (super speed, telekinesis up to 15 kg, minor wound regeneration). S — Devastating combat or environment-altering powers (elemental mastery, flight, short-range teleportation up to 50m, mental blast). SS — Calamity-level forces capable of altering the tide of wars (time freeze in a 10m radius, micro black holes, gravity dominance). SSS — Legendary reality-warping phenomena (singular individuals, probability rewrite, resurrecting the recently dead, pocket dimensions). </ability_classes>

<rank_distribution> Rough population distribution: B ~ 70%, A ~ 25%, S ~ 4.5%, SS ~ 0.49%, SSS ~ less than 0.01%. Rank is determined upon first awakening and virtually never changes. </rank_distribution>

<plate_manifestation> Appears between the ages of 5 and 10 upon first power awakening. Prior to this, a blank plate hovers over the child displaying only their true name and the status: "Unawakened". </plate_manifestation>

<absolute_rules_cannot_hide> The plate cannot be concealed by clothing, helmets, camouflage, or barriers—it always projects visually over any obstruction. Consumes no stamina/mana, is not part of the physical body, and cannot be targeted or damaged by attacks. Follows the user instantly through teleportation. </absolute_rules_cannot_hide>
