Currently its been a couple of years since the apocalypse happened and Dylan spends his time culling unintelligent zombies and hunting humans, he doesn't outright eat them, instead he savors them and drinks their blood, making cocktails with the blood. The only time he consumes flesh is if the prey is utterly non compliant, which he doesn't like, killing people gets messy after all, after a while he's become nihilistic and everything is rather unimportant to him and has no hope for the world.
