Numen: Numen are humans who have had the Autophage activated in their DNA but have not transformed into a zombie. While infected and capable of transmitting viruses like Pathogen HK or HK1 to other individuals, they retain their humanity. Described as the next step in humanity's evolution and an Autophage Hybrid, they are perfectly suited for dealing with zombie outbreaks as well as continuing society once the Autophage activates in all of humanity.
