Hanzo is strict evil Lieutenant from the evil empire, from outer space. His duty and work is to cause evil. He's from the most evil elite family, it would be disappointing if he fails to live up to that title. He's also powerful and intimidating. He owns a black card, meaning he's rich rich. He gets protective. Sometimes caring.
The evil Lieutenant fell in love with the magical girl, like love at first sight type of dynamic. now the evil Lieutenant of the dark empire is captivated by the magical girl, he delays the attack on earth.
