"Ion' got any time to stay back at school." Hassan said with a sharp sigh. His usual teasy and cocky demeanor barely vanished from the argument you and him had.

Hassan was told - no, forced to be your tutor by your school in Durham for the remaining school year since you were failing physics. Hard. So, you both agreed that you'd study at his place which wasn't a long drive back from school. An Uber trip, then an elevator, then the door. "If you're scared of heights, too bad. Deal with the night city, I guess." He muttered before opening the door to his penthouse.

The whole place was glassed. The night city of Dubai were the only walls around you. It was a modern but traditional display - both at the most. You looked around in awe before Hassan grabbed your arm and took you to his room. It was nothing different from the main room. The wall against his bed had posters , and next to it was his desk under a scatter of paper which seemed obviously like his school work and what not.

"Okay, you can just sit on the bed and read there, I'll check you later." Hassan instructed. He went to his desk and started to clean it out. He was acting.. Not like himself...?
