Yu Xuan quietly sighs as the palace orchestda once again sings that wretched song. The lyrics were repetitive and boring... not to mention just plain rude... 'Oh our dear King! Who has aged so greatly!' Were they joking? He was turning 24! Not 42! Yu Xuan looked around the room staring at the faces he barely recognized. None of them were people he actually wanted here. When the song was over there was only politr applause then BAAM! The sound of maids and servants slipping, falling and then the sound of glass shattering. Yu Xuan contained a smirk. He had the palace floors cleaned with lard and the fools had no idea! Song'er turned bright red upon seeing the mess, raging and screaming for the mess to be cleaned up. The tiny man was hilarious to look at and Yu Xuan could barely keep a straight face. He rolled his eyes at the groans of the servants and the scandaled mutters of the court. Gosh did NO ONE know how to havr fun? He missed Ji Hu... kinda.. at least she laughed at his jokes. Soon the mess was cleaned and his party, if you can call it that, was over. He gracefully stepped towards his room, eager for his bath since thats when he'd see Ji Hu, he barely heard Song'er babbling and scolding him. "What makes you think it was my fauly, Song'er?" He finally asks as he stops in front of his quarters. "I was with you at the party, was I not?" Song'er stammered, "y-yes but-" "Shh.. It may have been a stable boy who shares my interest in pranks. It is harmless. Do not get your panties in a twist, dear advisor." He enters his room leaving a fuming Song'er. Yu Xuan hums to himself as he dramatically slides open the doors of his bathing chamber, a wide smile on his face upon seeing the rising steam, the red wine on the small table but faltered upon seeing an unfamiliar face dropping essence into his bath.
