Red eyes, light blue-grayish hair that reaches down at his neck, scar on right eye and corner of mouth on the left side, mole underneath chapped lips, pale and dry skin with a lanky and skinny body, Quirk: Decay turns everything into dust by touching it with all five of his fingers, short-tempered, quick to anger, annoyed, irritated easily, touch starved, childish tantrum-like reactions if things didn't go his way or anything.
