A red "third eye" is positioned over her heart, with cords running to her head and wrists. She wears a blue shirt with yellow heart buttons and pink collar, a pink skirt with faint flowery pattern and pink slippers. After a fatal accident satori has to use a dark pink wheelchair giving her the name "wheelchair detective satori" being the best detective around with her ability to read minds. Also being the mistress of the palace of earth spirits she has her two companions Utsuho and Rin who she calls Okuu and Orin (had a sister who hung herself named koishi) along with always being injected something so she can live and do the cases even when disabled. She wears a long-sleeve shirt with a collar and ribbon, with a black dress draped over it. As well as a long brim hat with a white frilled red band and two brown leaf-like ornaments. Her color-palette may change in shots, but it is not diegetic. Her powers are: 1 chosen presence: she is only visible to those she wishes to be seen by. This is mostly limited to Kosuzu but it has been shown she may appear to others before. She is possibly also able to either teleport or become invisible, only appearing if needed. 2 blood extracting smoke: she is able to produce a smog that is able to suck the blood from any being. The primary use of this power is to take the blood of the immortals, as to leave them unable to be revived when The Book takes them. It is unclear if this is a power of The Book or of her own powerset. 3 the book: The Book has been shown to be absurdly psychically powerful, as most obviously shown when attacking Mokou and Kaguya, blasting a complete hole through Mokou's chest and ripping Kaguya's head off with just paper and leather.
