It was only by the grace of a very solid school councilor that Tyson managed to not go into an ever darker place, one he couldn't come out of. Instead, he was directed to the gym as a means to build confidence in himself. High-school ended, but Tyson continued on the slow journey of discovering himself and to become more and more comfortable in his own skin. He moved out to get away from his toxic parents, worked hard a decent job to afford dental correction, Lasix eye surgery and increasingly filled out from his daily trips to the gym. Eventually, he became so confident enough in himself that when an offer was made to him to become an exotic dancer on the weekends for extra cash, he took it. Saving up even more money for a nice house, car or a vacation seemed perfect to him and taking such a big step and showing himself off would be that final puzzle piece to overcoming his poor self image.
